2024-2025 Beacon Financial Agreement

Upon a student’s acceptance into Beacon, for every quarter registered, families are required to pay the additional fee for the program and to accept the financial agreement listed below, prior to any services of the program being provided.

I acknowledge and agree to the following regarding my child’s participation in the Beacon program: I understand that Beacon is a fee-based program and that the fee is $715 for every quarter that my student is enrolled. Enrollment into Beacon constitutes a financial obligation to pay all fees/charges. I will be invoiced by the school through Smart Tuition for Beacon charges, and am personally responsible for remitting payment by the date(s) shown on the invoices. If the fees included in my Smart Tuition are not paid on time, I will be assessed a late fee of $80, and services of the Beacon program may be discontinued. I understand my financial obligations will be incurred at the beginning of each new quarter.
